FAQ

We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be returned in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Products showing signs of assembly, wear, or damage not caused during shipping are not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the package.

Note:

• Returns must be shipped to Vancouver, BC, Canada.
• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or there is another issue with the product.

We’ll ask for photos to resolve the issue quickly.

If the item arrives damaged, we’ll provide a full refund or replace it at no cost (subject to availability).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense - we recommend a trackable service.
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us via the site contact form or email HoyToy@OpenTableStore.ca.
