Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Products showing signs of assembly, wear, or damage not caused during shipping are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the package.
Please note:

  • Returns must be shipped to Vancouver, BC, Canada.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is any other issue with the product

We’ll ask for photos to help resolve the issue quickly.

If the item arrives damaged, we’ll either replace the product at no cost or provide a full refund, depending on availability.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and we recommend using a trackable service

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at HoyToy@OpenTableStore.ca.
