Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada (all provinces and territories except Nunavut).

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping cost & methods

  • Standard shipping is included in the purchase price of the table—there are no extra shipping charges at checkout.
  • Express shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering for a quote (details below).

Processing & dispatch

Orders are typically processed within [1–2] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery typically arrives within [3–9] business days depending on your location. Remote or rural addresses may require additional time. Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Carriers & tracking

We ship via various carriers. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Express shipping (by request)

If you need your order sooner, express service can be arranged for a fee. Contact us and we’ll provide a quote within 48 hours.

Address not listed / special destinations

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us via our contact form or email HoyToy@OpenTableStore.ca with your address and the product you’d like.

We’ll provide a shipping quote within 48 hours and can complete your order via a manual invoice if needed.

Order changes & cancellations

We can edit or cancel an order until it has shipped. Email HoyToy@OpenTableStore.ca with your order number as soon as possible.

Delivery issues (lost, damaged, wrong item)

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

We may ask for photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

If the item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost or provide a full refund (subject to availability).

Returned/undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can reship it for you. Reshipping fees will apply at cost.
